15 guests' feedbackFantastic! From the moment our booking was confirmed, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Viya staff (Siyamthanda). Tracey from Surf & Sea is an awesome lady and has a big heart, she ensured our stay was comfortable, checking on us every step of the way (touched my heart). The unit was clean, and spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff.
It was okay, we had a family fun holiday, many beautiful memories were created. The area is close to all amenities, a beautiful view of the beach, convenience at its best and a lovely spot to relax.
It was wonderful. We loved the place.
It was fantastic, you just walk to the beach and surrounded by everything (shopping, Shaka Marine and you don't need transport).
We will always go back to Surf & Sea in the future. The owner Tracey is a friendly, very helpful person, she goes out of her way to make sure the family are very comfortable and to feel at home. It was the first time whereby the actual accommodation pictures shown on Surf & Sea was not misleading, everything you see on the Surf & Sea pics is the same at the holiday flat.
Tracey was always available and a pleasure to deal with. Room was very clean and as advertised. Lift nearby is small and was not working one night, so had to walk to the lift further away.
The owner Tracey was extremely helpful and friendly. The flat itself was very well set up and super clean.
Sufficient bedding and towels. Very nice apartment. Very good, will stay there again.
The reception on the first day was not okay. He just gave us the key. Never showed us the way or how to open the room until the neighbour showed us.
Place is conveniently located and close to all local amenities.

It's three minutes to the beach, most shops are nearby. Most of the things to do are within walking distance. I highly recommend Surf & Sea to friends or a couple.
