The photos do not do justice to the place. The apartment is nicely equipped with all that is needed. The view is amazing despite the busy street. There is a nice pool in the complex and we did not even notice load shedding as the apartment has solar that automatically switches over. The whole stay was a very pleasant experience. The location is perfect to visit all tourist attractions around Cape Town. The kitchen light was not working, and although it was reported, the manager did not acknowledge or address the issue, which was a bit disappointing. But overall it was a very nice experience, and we enjoyed the two weeks thoroughly.
In particular the location of the accommodation was ideal and safe parking of my vehicle was a major concern but it was very reassuring to use Surfers Dream for our holiday.
