Could do with upgrading. The ceiling feels like saying goodbye. Other people's hair in the bath. Bed springs make it difficult to sleep well.

Kitchen and living room were tidy. Sleeping comforts can be upgraded. It is outdated. Mattresses, pillows and bedding must be replaced. Bathroom needs to be completely renovated. (Shower faucets are so weathered that hot and cold are confusing.) Shower is not suitable for the elderly (no shower mats inside smooth shower floor). Ceiling in bathroom is a health risk (Mold) and has only been half replaced.

Swartberg Street Guest House is not a guest house, it is only small self-catering units. We were under the impression we booked into a guest house. It was cold and the unit was also very cold and there was only one old blanket. Also a lot of squeaking of a door in the next door unit. Every time the people got out of bed to go to the loo they woke us. You could hear the bed squeaking and the bathroom door. Did not have a good night's rest. We thought breakfast was included but had to pay extra and had to go to the Guesthouse across the street. Was a bit confusing.
The service was great. The owner made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. We were able to park our cars behind electric fence, because it was full of luggage. I will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable apartment with large bedroom for three people as well as living room and kitchen in a quiet area.
Apartment was clean and tidy. Quiet area. The safety gate at the kitchen cannot be locked. It's a risk. In general, the neighborhood appears safe.
Very convenient overnight stop on the way to Cape Town.
Very good helpful reception. Despite a double booking, it was sorted very soon. We stayed in the Golf View house, which does not have braai facilities, but the staff immediately brought a braai drum. This is really a very spacious comfortable house. All we missed in the kitchen was a grater and pan.
We found the place easily. The office was across the street, a bit confusing at first. Clean tidy and nice stay. Parking not far from the street, but did not feel unsafe.
Comfortable, large unit. Parking convenient. Here and there a little dusty. Security guard services during the night provide a restful night's rest. Would recommend replacing powdered milk with fresh milk and racks in the bathroom where you can put something down.

The unit we stayed in is built in such a way that two doors in the hallway are locked to form three units. The people who remained in the other units were noisy. Parking is open and not so safe in our opinion. Breakfast was very nice.
