Wonderful place and loved my stay. Superb bed, warm and toasty room in the cold winter storms.

Stay was OK, would have been nice if the host was present to greet you and check if everything was OK and if you enjoyed your stay. Even if it was self check-in and check-out. Please come and welcome your guests if you want them to return to your place.
Nice to be able to sit outside privately too. The hostess was willing to move us by 1 day without extra costs due to the washouts.

The owner, Bridget, was absolutely hospitable. The room was lovely, we really had everything we needed. Would easily stay there again.
Great to check in late, with no fuss when it comes to collecting the keys - awesome system. The host was very forthcoming in terms of the logistics via WhatsApp. Very streamlined check-in/out process. Makes everything easy. Can see that this room is equipped to deal with every season. And enjoyed the little outside area. Extremely appreciative of the safety, particularly when it comes to secure parking for your vehicle. Can really recommend Sweeter Than Sultana.

It was a cosy atmosphere and felt like you are at home, a well-located spot for a one-night stay. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone. The nice private area, I like the self-check-in/out option and very flexible. Wi-Fi works during load shedding. The Condo is exactly as described. Great place and good value for money!

Five too thick for summer. Sheet recommended underneath or something lighter. Not for longer stays. Overnight bag is all you can have there. Little space for your own stuff. Breakfast makes a problem if you want to make breakfast. So breakfast porridge and muesli.

I arrived late and checked out late, so I didn't meet the owners, but everything works and the system allows you to check in and out quickly, without drama.

The location is nicely hidden, ideal for a business overnight, but WiFi coverage is poor. Price is pocket friendly and I would like to stay there again anytime. Near shopping mall, and the room is very neat and clean. Safety is assured.
WiFi was very slow and not always available. Parking space is only suitable for a small car. There is no adequate anti-theft protection in front of the windows and no security gate in front of the door. There is no place to comfortably sit and eat in the apartment. There are only two hangers behind the door. It is insufficient for your clothes.
Worst accommodation experience on a 20-day road trip. Arrived on a day when the temperature was over 35 degrees. Room boiling, ceiling fan ineffective. No security door on unit, so it felt unsafe to sleep with the door open. Thick duvet, no top sheet. Two hangers behind the door constituted the hanging space. Generally cramped - had to stow coolbox, etc. on the table outside. No water (already for three days), two small buckets provided for toilet and washing, and a jug in the fridge for drinking - insufficient. Notified too late to make alternative accommodation arrangements. Hosts not on premises (self-check-in through a secure box at the gate). Gate to pool locked. Host agreed to 50% reduction because of water problem. Overpriced for what it offers - pretty decor cannot compensate for inconvenience. Not for a long stay, not for a hot day, not for a rainy day.

Everything was nice and neat.
We had a family gathering and needed a place to sleep, close by. We really had a very enjoyable stay at Sweeter Than Sultana. All we needed was there - mirror in the right location. which I find very important,, enough plugs, nice shower with good pressure. The detail to attention cannot be missed. We will definitely be back should we need a place to stay close to our children. Bridget was a very friendly and an informative host.
