Syringa Sands Farm House is located on a 1500-hectare working game farm on the Kransberg plateau within the malaria-free Waterberg Biosphere in Limpopo province. It offers guests spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation with free-roaming wildlife. The house is conveniently situated near the Syringa Sands gate.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The spacious living area includes a dining table, a fireplace, and comfortable seating. The house is powered by solar energy, so guests may need to adjust the timing of their appliance usage. In some cases, gas is used as an alternative to electricity.

Wildlife such as giraffe, nyala, kudu, sable, zebra, and eland freely roam the farm, while the nearby dam and wetland provide an excellent opportunity to observe a variety of bird species. Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site parking are provided undercover at the nearby workshop; alternatively, park next to the Farm House.
