"Comfortable home away from home."

I cannot thank the hosts enough for their attentiveness, friendliness and for making the accommodation feel like home. Beautiful decor, everything you need in the very large unit. Shop downstairs is very convenient. We had such a relaxing time and will be back. Bring camp chairs if you would like to sit on the massive balcony to watch the sea view.

We had a wonderful stay. Syringa Villa is spacious, especially if you are looking for a place as a family. No one was in each other's way. The sea view from the veranda was beautiful, and the cafe below the apartment was a bonus. There was never a noise that bothered us. I would definitely recommend Syringa to any person.

The unit is beautifully neat and luxurious. The beds are very comfortable and we slept great. I don't think it's necessarily recommended if you prefer a very quiet place. The restaurant opposite, cafe below and parking behind can be quite distracting. The neighbors also made a lot of noise in the early morning hours and woke us up.

Well located - close to beach, opposite restaurant, on top of shop that has absolutely everything at your disposal. Furnished with washing powder, dishwashing tablets, foil, cling wrap, plenty of breakware. Very comfortably furnished.

We were very pleased with the place. The people are friendly and we felt safe. The guests said the place was amazing. They liked the cleanliness and the nice interior decoration and furniture. The caretaker was also very friendly and professional.

We really enjoyed the apartment in Franskraal. It's just a shame there were a few things that spoiled the overall experience a bit. We make the following recommendations: 1. There must please be chairs/tables that one can sit outside on the stoep. There is such a beautiful view, but you can't sit outside. 2. There is no reserved parking for guests. We had to share parking with the cafe's customers. Sometimes it happened that we couldn't find parking. It would be good if 2 places per apartment could be evicted. 3. The cafe under the apartment's garbage is thrown into a large bin by the apartment's door. The stench permeates the apartment all the time because the bags are only removed twice a week. A closed cage can easily be built around the garbage area. 4. The septic tank of the premises was constantly overflowing and then the smell of sewage was in the apartment. There must please look into this problem. 5. The apartment is advertised with a smart TV, but until we left they couldn't sort out the DStv for us. We only had access to Netflix and Youtube. The problem should please be addressed. 6. The WiFi is not unlimited. One night while watching Netflix, the data ran out and we had to wait until the next day for new data to load. Please get unlimited WiFi because with a slip TV you can't give limited data to people. 7. The dining room chairs are not of good quality and all the screws have come out. Again someone had to come out to fix it as there are only 6 chairs to sit on. Please get firmer chairs. 8. You keep getting the smell of gas at the apartment's front door. The gas cylinders are stored there. Please get someone with a gas meter to come and investigate the problem. 9. The apartment could easily have a fan in each room. It's quite hot in the summer without fans. 10. The en-suite shower does not have a shower tray where you can put soap/shampoo. Please get one. We did love the smell of freshly baked bread from the cafe every morning and afternoon. Thank you Pieter for trying your best to address all the above problems, even if some attempts were unsuccessful. Appreciate. Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view, and so nice to be able to walk to the sea.
