Situated approximately 1 km from the main camp, Karee Camp is close to a river amongst the lovely hills. The camp does not have electricity and is not fenced, offering a full bushveld experience.
The accommodation comprises 3 chalets, men’s and ladies ablution facilities, and a kitchen. The chalets are furnished with double beds or two single beds. Men’s and ladies ablution facilities are available with baths and showers, and hot water is provided by gas geysers. Additional guests in caravans or tents can be accommodated on request at an additional cost.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a gas fridge, cutlery and crockery, a dining area, and hot water is provided by a gas geyser. A bundle of firewood is provided for the large braai lapa, and a cash bar with a TV is also available on request. Vodacom phone signal is available.
The Tala Manzi Wildsplaas main camp offers a communal swimming pool, and a children’s play area at the main camp, and game drives can be arranged on request at an additional cost. A variety of butterflies can also be found in the area, and guests can visit the Marico dam, 25 km away, for fishing and bird watching.
