The communal lounge has comfortable couches, and there is a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.

There is a boma area where guests can see the game without having to go on a game drive.
Activities on the game farm include self-drive game drives, hiking, and mountain biking. Guests can expect to see kudu, nyalas, bush pigs, sable, waterbucks, blesbucks and baldgiraffes, and much more.

Nice cozy place. Very neat. Friendly workers. Lovely place for family or group of friend getaway.
We had such a lovely time. The most comfortable bed I've slept on at a lodge in a while. Gary and Rufus are true gems. The host was amazing. We really enjoyed it. Just needed WiFi since we couldn't get network if not on MTN (perfect if I want to be off-grid) and the TV not playing made us miss the Bokke Finale. But overall, love love loved it there. I basically stayed in the hammock to enjoy the view.
The workers were friendly. Animals came up close like the giraffe and buck. Loved it!
Owner made us feel at home from start to finish. Neat and clean. Jerry, Polite and Alpheus were very helpful.
Tambotie lodge is a piece of paradise! The farm is just big enough that you see game all the time and don't have to search during game drives, the owner also gave us a golf cart to do the drives with so it was a lot of fun! The Lodge itself is luxurious, very clean and tidy and the staff friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go back to the oasis in the forest again and again!
The place is very beautiful and clean. There is just a few minor fixing that should be in consideration. It was raining and there were a few roof leaks that caused slippery floors. There was load shedding as well so it will be nice if there can be a generator. Overall it was really nice. The employees were really friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go again.
