Lovely view, very private and beautiful inside. Everything shows good taste. Could sit on the lovely porch and visit.
Very friendly and complete.
There's nothing to do on site for kids, but it's a perfect place to get away from the city. There are many things to do in the area such as Klein Kariba which is right next to the farm and a crocodile farm and Cheetah center a few kilos away.

All in all we where happy with our stay. A couple of things that require attention from a housekeeping perspective is that the fitted sheet had a stain on our first day of arrival. We did not use it. In the kitchen, a bigger pot is required for pap. All the pots are small and the frying pan needs to be replaced - it has lived a life. Aircon and DStvwas refreshing to have while at the farm. It's very quiet and you get to clear your mind. Delightful and friendly hosts, always available for help.
The time we had at Thaba Lenaka was very peaceful and quiet surrounded by nature in a wonderful and clean chalet. The owners are amazing and very friendly. It was simply amazing.
The unit is very clean and tidy. We were able to leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and relax. The birds often came to visit and just frolic in the house! We look forward to visiting again.

I loved the place. Very quiet and neat.
It was a wonderful experience for me and my wife to be able to spend some time there. Lovely stay and we enjoyed the bird life intensely from the veranda. Even though we walked through the farm 5 times, each time we discovered something new in the vegetation, rocks and also in the behavior of the goats. We will definitely want to rest there again. Klein Kariba and the facilities that Warmbad offers are also not too far.

We were welcomed by the hostess with a gift. The place is very clean and tidy. This is the first time I've slept at a place that had a good quality mattress. The view over the mountains and the surrounding wildlife makes you feel so peaceful with the deathly silence. It's only nature that surrounds you. Everything you need is there and the place is nice and tidy.

In the heat, a fan is not sufficient. Marie came out and welcomed us to the car, which was very nice. Getting in and out of the village was convenient, because we drove around a bit. Very neat and what you need was there. Would think in the woodland there would be a few pieces of wood for a fire. Definitely enjoy.

If you want to rest, this place is the place to be!
Tranquil and a true escape from the constant noise and buzz of our time.
We went there for peace of mind and to get away from the city. Marie was the greatest hostess and we didn't feel that we were visitors, as she made us feel right at home. Can't wait to go there again, thank you so much Thaba Lenaka.
It was nice and quiet and secluded from the rest of the noise and hustle and bustle around you. Definitely a place to rest, clear your head and talk quietly with the Lord while the night is so beautiful and clean around you. Would definitely recommend the place.

Wonderfully quiet! The stars in the evening are indescribably beautiful. We just had trouble noticing that the stove behind the sink was being turned on. The place is spotlessly clean. All that is needed is somewhere to hang wet towels outside. Thank you for the bowl of tea and coffee. Nice and quiet walk around to the river and the animals' watering hole. We will visit again and stay a little longer next time.

Everything is beautiful, neat, tasteful and well equipped, except for one small thing: the face wash basin is hopelessly too high and impractical â?? unattainable for short people!
Had a great time. Children rode bicycles and walked to the dam wall. It's close enough to Thaba Monate (try their Zipline Adventures)! Maybe you can just wash the dishes and clean the grill on Saturday, but otherwise it was the perfect getaway.
A very neat place. I suggest putting a shade net over the canopy.
We expected that at the rate we paid, the unit would be serviced at least daily. After use, the gas grill was dirty and could not be used again. The dining area is impractical and especially at night there is not enough light to properly see what is on the plates. The slab above the area makes it really difficult to eat here. We missed a tray! Upon our arrival, the unit and surroundings were immaculately clean! It was noticeable how our car tracks (sand) were on the pavement - but not a leaf, pebble or anything else, just our tracks. The list of DStv channels is fantastic. However, a schedule of the channels would have been very handy. We accidentally broke a glass bowl and burned the oven dish rag on the element. When we left we texted the lady about this with the request to let her know the replacement values...which didn't materialize. We had a great rest!
