This property is not open for bookings related to Matric Rage.The property strictly prohibits smoking or vaping. Any evidence of smoke odour, ash, or cigarette butts found inside the apartment will be reported by the guest services team. Guests should be aware that this violation may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Guests are kindly requested not to hang any laundry on the front patio.
Please note that the complex maintains a quiet zone policy. Guests are asked to refrain from playing music or causing any disturbances on the patios, stairways, walkways, or within the premises. Between the hours of 22:00 PM and 06:00 AM, it is expected to maintain a quiet environment. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to a noise disturbance fine imposed by the estate management. The host will be obligated to collect this fine either through the booking channel or in cash.
The reservation is confirmed on the understanding that a minimum of 2 guests will occupy one bedroom, rather than occupying separate bedrooms unless specifically requested and agreed upon prior to confirming the booking. For example, if only one person stays, one bedroom will be allocated. Additional usage of bedrooms, linens, and towels will incur additional laundry and cleaning costs. By accepting the reservation, guests agree that any payment requests related to additional usage will be paid promptly upon request from the host through the booking channel or, if applicable, deducted from the damage deposit upon check-out.
