Breakfast was a treat and of good quality. The silence and safety ensured a well-deserved night's rest. The Ark really provided us with a homely and "come again" atmosphere.
Was very kindly received by Natalie, she also made us a delicious breakfast the next morning. It really is a beautiful place. Will definitely go there again.
Yes, but the fact that the bathroom is separate from the room was awkward. The guest house was full and then one had to walk through the corridor to the bathroom in night clothes. Everything was clean and tidy, but the bathroom needs renovation. The other frustration is power points in the room away from mirrors. And then the water bottle in the fridge was crazy empty. So was the kettle, so we couldn't make coffee in the morning before breakfast.
Incredible people - Johan and Marian go out of their way! Nice bed, hot shower and the BEST breakfast.
Mariaan and Johan made us feel so at home that we almost felt like family when we left! The house and room are comfortably furnished with everything you could need. We loved all the sitting nooks where you can sit and admire the view! The breakfast is top notch! Thank you, we had a great time!

We don't often stay in a Guest House on holiday, but after staying at The-Ark B&B it is for sure my first choice of accommodation!
We had a wonderful time at The-Ark, despite beaches being banned. We made the most of the location enjoying daily walks along the many seaside trails. Johan and Marian, were the perfect hosts we enjoyed many sundowners and heart to heart chats, nothing was too much trouble for them. Comfortable rooms and amenities, a hearty breakfast and a home full of character to explore.

The facilities were really neat and clean. Reception and accommodation was hospitable and I definitely recommend it and will stay there again. Although breakfast was available and ready we had to leave immediately. Next time we wil surely stay longer.
