Location - 10/10. The host and the team are fantastic hosts, thank you for being so accommodating and assisting with dinner for the late check-in crew. The view of the beach from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking, rooms are spacious and clean. Thank you to the host and the awesome staff for the excellent customer service, the hospitality is phenomenal and the food absolutely divine.

The rooms are beautiful and clean and the view is breathtakingly beautiful.
The Lodge and Spa and incredibly well located close to the main beach and other attractions. Breakfast is served every morning with a nice fruit juice and coffee. The Lodge's facilities are fantastic, everything is very clean and tidy and sound does not travel far, even though the lodge was almost fully booked, you hardly know of other people who are there! Will definitely return there again and Garth, the owner was a fantastic host!

Room 19 family room: 1. Glass of door very dirty full of grease spots. 2. Front door, folding type door, could not open. Maintenance none. Man who came and ripped it with Q20 didn't think I'd want to open it again to see my expensive sea view through the dirty grease smeared windows. 3. Artificial plants in room - I don't have problem with artificial plants, however, these were broken and full of dust. 4. A fabric was conveniently on the living room shelf, for me to clean. The place did not smell fresh. 5. The walls of the 2nd bedroom were dirty, brown grease spots. 6. The bedside lamps' screens were loose and completely crooked. 7. The windowsills in the bathrooms were very dirty. 8. The sofa in the living area is old, with cushions begging to be re-puffed. The sofa was full of crumbs. 9. There were candy wrappers under the loose cushions on the chair in the living area. 10. The garden rubbish dump is conveniently close to the swimming pool. 11. All, almost all the potted plants are dead. In plastic containers next to the pool. On the porch. I packed up after the first night, I was grilling for the place. The photos are not representative at all. I can't believe that Bali Grand expects guests to go home in such a room. The basic principles of the guest industry are not observed. I realize it's dry, but then throw out the potted plants. I cannot recommend the place.
We will stay here again any day.

Complete information about all types of accommodation must be described as such on the websites. The only ad was for a Deluxe Luxury Suite. Well, it wasn't. There was no Mosaic Vanity in the bathroom either. Very disappointed, for sure.
