The accommodation is very nice, neat and beautifully designed. The pool is the perfect place to cool off while enjoying the view of the farm and mountains. Excellent and friendly service with a 5-star breakfast made from ingredients from their own garden completes the picture. We would highly recommend them and would love to stay there again.
One can hide away and relax at The Barn on 62 in Montagu. The hostess, Dominique, and her team offer a master class in hospitality - from fine accommodation details to a fantastic balance between accessibility and their guests' privacy. The unit has everything you could need. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts on the porch, relaxed in the pool, and enjoyed the air conditioning and luxurious bed for afternoon naps. We can't wait to come back for a winter break!
To begin with, Dominique was the perfect hostess! Anything we needed we got more of. From a bottle of ice cold sparkling wine when we ran out to a friendly banter every morning when we couldn't decide what breakfast to order. We stayed for 6 nights, and were still not out. The bed, pillows and linen are of exceptional quality and ensure the best sleep, every night. I would highly recommend The Barn on 62 - we are already checking when we can book again! Thank you, Dom, for everything, it really was one of our best SA holidays ever!
