The accommodation is set up for winter and summer with a swimming pool, private KolKol hot tubs and fireplaces. Our cottage, The Barn Owl, was very neat, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The owners and staff are very helpful and hospitable. We would love to go again. A real gem of a place!
The host was very friendly and accommodating on our request for an early rise and go. The place was clean and fully equipped to make your stay pleasant. Although no Wi-Fi, we could relax and be off electronic equipment. Good place to rest for a weekend.

The glamping tent was well equipped with everything we needed. There is plenty for children to do to keep themselves occupied. Hot tub was an absolute bonus and lovely to be able to enjoy in the evenings. Nice farm atmosphere. Thank you very much we will definitely book again.

Safe farm atmosphere. Nice pond for kids to swim in with canoes and zip line. Swimming pool, trampoline and climbing frame available. (Is shared with other guests, but not a problem) Private hot tub and fire pit for each house.
Would recommended to singles and parents.
Our visit was top notch. We enjoyed the place so much and felt at home, even if our music was a little too loud, it's a no music place, but that's definitely not going to keep us away. We will drop by again. Thank you very much.
The Barnard's Barnyard is a place I would recommend again and again. Every time I visit it just gets better and better. Many thanks to Bernice who always stands up with a friendly smile.
The accommodation is spacious and tidy, the beds sleep like a dream. The farm life with the horse, cows, geese, etc. around the house is just what the soul needed. The pond near the house in which the dogs could swim was a great treat. We had a great time!

Nice place. A mirror in both bedrooms will reduce the traffic in the only bathroom. We enjoyed the stay though.
Lots of space, peaceful and quiet. Love the animals. Might just get a braai bowl in the kitchen.
