I would recommend The Bay B301 to anyone. It's a plus that both rooms open onto the balcony. Neat apartment with all necessities. Very nice view.

The two balconies from each bedroom are a big bonus and there is a sea view from every room in the apartment. The reception was very good, place is neat and close to everything one wants. However, parking was difficult on the weekend, especially if one has a trailer. Although I had pre-arranged for a stroller, it was problematic to find parking. The private pool was also a bonus. Overall summary: I would highly recommend the place.

Earlier check-out and later check-in can be arranged with the host at an additional cost; however, this might not always be possible.Please note that a one-time cleaning fee is included in the price. Should additional cleaning services be required, they will be at an additional cost and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. These costs can be confirmed with the host.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, though balcony smoking is permitted.
No pets are allowed.
Guests should note that the breakage deposit is payable via cash on arrival and will be refunded within 10 days of departure, provided there are no damages caused during their stay.
The properties are self-catering, meaning guests have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at their own convenience. To get started, complimentary essentials are provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Guests are responsible for replenishing these as needed. If the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and guests wish to use it, they are asked to bring their own dishwasher tablets or powder.
Please note that most of the apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, each unit is generously pre-loaded with an average usage allowance for a small family. For stays of 7 days or more, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This policy promotes responsible consumption and helps keep costs manageable for both guests and property owners.
