The Beach House is a lovely, tastefully furnished 4-bedroom holiday home with partial sea views, situated in the seaside town of Arniston. The house is conveniently located up the road from the harbour, and is just 1 km from Roman Beach.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs is a main bedroom with a king-size bed, sea views, and a full en-suite bathroom. Upstairs also comprises a spacious open-plan living area, with quality furniture, a fireplace, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and scullery. There is an upstairs patio with built-in braai facilities.

Downstairs comprises 3 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with king-size bed and one with twin beds. Two of the bedrooms have sea views and access to a shared full bathroom, and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Downstairs also comprises an open-plan living area with a fireplace, and a laundry area. The house features an outdoor shower, and a fully enclosed garden with security beams. This property is not ideal for toddlers due to the open staircase.

The house features an alarm system, a carport, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, full DStv, a microwave, an oven and stove, and a washing machine. There is an inverter system in place to make power outages less inconvenient.
