The fireplace provides a warm social space during the winter and guests can even have a braai indoors. There are 2 verandahs that provide breathtaking views of the beach as well as Kogelberg.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a double bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. These 3 bedrooms share the third bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.
The kitchens are equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities crockery and cutlery. There is ample dining space where guests can enjoy their meals together.
Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises during their stay.

The bedrooms are comfortable and each bedroom has towel rails, so important for bathrooms that are shared with others. Joep was friendly, helpful and only a WhatsApp away. I highly recommend The Beach House.
We would definitely recommend The Beach House to anyone looking to spend a holiday on Betties Bay. We went over the weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday and were pleasantly surprised with how clean and tidy everything was. The kitchen provides for everything you may need. The Beach House is spacious and the view is amazing. The photos on the website are 100% accurate and there was no disappointment. Joep is a fantastic host and accommodated us with our special request we had. We would go back anytime.
An absolute gem, shared by the owner at a very reasonable price for the little luxuries you have. We loved every moment, the beach right outside the door, the braais indoors and everything in between. The kids have plenty of grass to play on in a closed garden, the beach is perfect to play on.

The stay was very relaxing. Just experienced some locking out issues. We had a photoshoot on the beach and upon our return, the key broke off in the door. Luckily, we could sort it out after 2 hours with assistance from the security company in the area.
The pictures provided do not do the house any justice. It was more than expected. Gorgeous beyond measure. The owner was very helpful as well.

The Beach House is an incredibly nice, spacious house by the sea. Everything you need to have a good time is there. The cute bar, the pool table, which we didn't even know about, to the speakers that work with Bluetooth so we could listen to good music, were all bonuses. The house is well equipped for any conceivable scenario. There was also DStv so we could enjoy sports. We will definitely stay there again.

Being coming to Betty's Bay for at least 16 years, this is my new favorite house. Spacious, and all you need for a beach lifestyle, cannot do better in terms of location. For families and fun I would say best offer in Betty's Bay.

We were 2 families with children. The house's layout makes it ideal for more than one family. So many barbecue places to choose from was also nice, and the location of the house with direct access to the beach couldn't be better.

The living area and open-plan kitchen are very spacious and the high ceiling means that you don't feel cramped. The view over the mountain and the sea is beautiful. The direct access to the beach is very convenient. There is also a large yard for the children to play in. The place was also pretty clean when we arrived. Very nice stay!
Absolutely stunning house! Despite some poor weather, we were still able to have an unforgettable holiday. The indoor fireplaces and braai area were crucial and allowed us to braai and enjoy the weekend uninterrupted by what nature could throw at us. The views of the balconies were beautiful and it became an essential morning coffee spot. When the weather did clear up, a quick walk to the beach for some touch rugby really topped off the ultimate weekend away. The pictures really don't do the house justice! Would without a doubt recommend The Beach House.
There is everything in The Beach House. Will definitely go again, winter or summer, and the owners are great.
With direct access to the beach, this house is a winner. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of preparation space for large groups. The inside braai worked well for us as the weather was drizzly but, on a summer evening, the opportunity to braai on the balcony would be great.
