What an amazing place to stay at. The hospitality we received from check-in to check-out is beyond commendable. The venue is very clean with beautiful bedding. Uncapped WiFi. Rooms were spacious with 2 ensuite and a third bathroom. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Pam for being so caring and understanding.

It is quiet, peaceful accommodation, good value for money. Unit is very neat and well equipped. The sea and beach are within walking distance and a lovely place to catch some shade.

1. No follow up on cleaning unit; a lot of dust everywhere. 2. No tin opener and proper chopping knife. 3. No toilet paper in the toilets upon arrival. 4. Aircon not working properly in the one bedroom. 5. The shower door in the next room could not open properly and an adult could not fit in there. 6. Washing machine has not been cleaned in the area where you put washing powder. 7. Bedding needs to be changed; our sheets had chemical stains on them. 8. Household unit had a bit of a mould smell. What should have been a 40th birthday getaway turned out to be a disappointing stay in this unit.

The unit needs maintenance. The kitchen lacks basic kitchenware. We could only use the toilet in the bathroom, the sink and shower door are broken. The air conditioner in one room is broken and the fan placed there makes a lot of noise. The cleaning service is not doing the owner a favor.

We had a nice stay and the place is safe, but it was not clean. There was no sea view. The apartment forms part of a larger complex. The outdoor table was broken and rusted. There were no steak knives, tongs or bowl to put meat in. One aircon did not work. The place was dirty and the outside door struggled to open.

"Stay away! There is better value for money elsewhere."

The apartment is located in the back row of a residential complex. Vacationers are not taken into account when the complex's units' venters are washed at 6:00 in the morning and the cleaners are just in between trying to prepare breakfast on a plate. The unit was dirty and the walls and doors need urgent cleaning or painting. It hasn't been cleaned in years. It's really creepy. Breakware is not complete for 8 people. Linens were dirty on arrival. The old soap from previous tenants was stuck on the soap trays and I had to step in myself and physically scrub the dirty showers and soap trays. There was a used toothbrush in the vanity of one of the bathrooms. Old food in the freezer and fridge from previous tenants that I have to remove and wash out the freezer and fridge before we could use it. There are quite a few cockroaches in the unit. The blinds are not in working order. Bedding was dirty so bring your own if you want to stay in the unit. There are very few utensils e.g. no can opener. There is neither a casserole nor glass bowls. The unit does not have its own braai so you walk to the pool and have a braai there. All permanent residents have their own barbecue at their unit. The unit does not have a sea view and is located at the back of the complex. The owner is not quick with communication and I had to contact her a day before we arrived to find out what the arrangements are with the key. I also gave her feedback about the condition of the apartment to which she did not respond. I had to ask several times before the breakage deposit was refunded to me. WiFi reception is poor and we had to wait hours after check-in time to access the WiFi because the lady who was supposed to give us the apartment key was not available. Her vehicle was also parked in unit #35's garage and I had to ask if we could park in the garage because I didn't want to leave my car in the bloody sun in the visitors parking lot.

The apartment is well equipped with everything neat and in working order. Would recommend gas plates and maybe bigger pots for 8 people. Will definitely go again.

The unit is luxurious, spacious and has everything one needs. Nice and private and place where a family can get together. The complex is neat with a nice swimming area. Barbecue area at your unit or swimming area. Next to the sea, at the beach, was wonderful. Shops close by, so you don't have to drive far at all.

Stay was nice and safe, there was a horrible smell at the back sliding door, couldn't tell where it was coming from but smelled like it was coming from the aircon box outside. The view of the sea and the information of the place did not really correspond to how it actually looks there, but it was very nice to have our holiday there.

The Accommodation was lovely but confusing to find as you had to go to another venue to pick up the keys then try and find your accommodation. But once there the place is spacious, and a walk from the ocean. It is a bit isolated from any entertainment places but if you have transport this is not an issue.
