5 guests' feedbackWe were very happy with the accommodation. Annemarie was amazing! She made sure that everything was booked and that we were happy with everything.
Neat place and nice stay, but the mattress in the master bedroom feels like it has been finished and the sofas in the living area are very dirty. Location is perfect. I give a 3 out of 5.
The cushions on the sofas did not have pillowcases. There were large stains on the master bedroom's bedding. And the banks are already old and dilapidated.
Booked unit number 11, when I arrived it was already full and another smaller unit that did not have the same spaciousness was given to me. Also reported that the air conditioning was not working but nothing was done about it. Deposit was not refunded until 8 days after my departure after being told it would be refunded the day after our departure. My phone calls are not answered when I call to speak to the manager. The worst service I have experienced in years.
After the double booking was sorted out it was pleasant.
