Very neat accommodation and good location. Walking distance from the main street. We stayed in the Loft and it was nice and quiet and private; we weren't even aware of the other guests staying at The Browns. Very well furnished. Great coffee and food treats replenished every day. Will definitely stay there again.

The Browns' - Luxury Suites were very comfortable, quiet and had everything one needs for a day or weekend stay. There are no self-catering facilities, but it gives you a chance to try the restaurants in town. We had a great time. Will do so again.
Stay was nice. Room and bathroom are spacious. Parking is a bit tight and I feel even with the discount the overnight cost is a bit expensive.

Friendly reception, the shower's operation is excellent. I always pay attention to this, because how many times I come to a place to stay and the shower I will just want to throw in the trash. Clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome spot, the hosts were so helpful in organising dinner bookings for us. The room was large so having a camp cot in the room was also no issue.
Browns staff were so so friendly and helpful. Pick you up at the gate and immediately show you where your "home" is and help carry the items. It was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of towels and coffee. We will definitely visit again.
There was loud music all Saturday night until Sunday morning from the squatters camp. I know Browns can't do anything about it.

We were in the Garden Room which overlooks a neat garden. Very quiet environment with lovely big trees.
Breakfast would be nice to have on the stoep.

The place deserves its star rating, because it is spacious, neat and beautiful.
Unit is very luxurious, neat and above average equipped. Nice play area for children in the garden, while parents can relax under umbrellas, while making use of the built-in gas barbecue. Our contact person was Dumisani - he would be comfortable in any PR position - very friendly, professional and helpful. But I found the metal stairs we had to use to access the unit extremely uncomfortable. In my humble opinion, Browns should clearly warn prospective guests about these stairs - with my knee problem, it was torture for me every time to use these stairs.

We booked The Loft unit for one night and had a wonderful stay. The unit is cosy, comfortable, stylish and very centrally located.

Anyone can book Brown's with peace of mind. Extremely comfortably equipped. Customer service is fantastic. The town's power was off the night we slept there and Dumisane immediately called and let us know he was on his way to turn on the generator. We will definitely spend the night there again with a visit to Dullstroom.
The guest house was a lovely surprise. It starts with a warm welcome by Dumisani who took us on a guided tour of the suite and made sure we were informed, satisfied and happy. The suite is excellent and luxuriously equipped with everything needed. It's so nice to have Nespresso coffee, and not powdered coffee, and to have a comfortable seat to drink it. They're the thickest, most luxurious towels we've seen in a long time. We will come again anytime.

The Brown's is a luxurious and well thought out guest house. A wonderful getaway, where one can rest and relax in a warm, spacious, well lit, clean and tidy loft (includes spacious rooms, full bathroom and living room) and is within walking distance of the main street of Dullstroom. The coffee bar in the loft provides delicious Nespresso coffee, hot chocolate, tea and sherry. As well as tasty treats such as cookies and chocolates.
The name states it all: luxury. If that is what you want then this is the place. A little bit on the expensive side but taking into consideration all the little things that the team do to make your stay memorable in the end it was well worth it. Thank you to Grant and Dumisane and the team, will be back someday to visit again.
The Browns' Luxury Guest Suites is a luxury guest house with a clean and peaceful atmosphere. The host confirmed with us a few days before we left that they were expecting us. He also made sure we knew how to get to the guesthouse. He is enthusiastic about his work and very friendly. The master bedroom was extremely neat and welcoming. The room is spacious with a living area, a large dressing room, a bathroom with a bath and double shower. There is WiFi, but unfortunately it comes at an additional cost. It would have been better for us to pay a little more for the accommodation and wifi is included in the price. I can definitely recommend the guest house.
