The fifth bedroom has 1 tri-bunk bed and 1 single bed. There’s a sleeping area which has 2 single beds, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bathroom has a bath only and the third bathroom is fitted with a shower only.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges, a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs. The living area is furnished with comfortable couches that lead to the outdoor entertaining area with amazing sea views.
The veranda has a dining table with chairs and leads to the deck with a swimming pool and portable braai facilities. The house is situated in a large, subtropical garden which is home to over 50 species of birds and is ideal for both children and dogs to play in. Secure parking is available on-site.
