We had a lovely stay and will definitely book at Clarens Place again. The fireplace was a big highlight.
The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. However, we are having trouble getting hold of them for the keys. The gate motor doesn't work either and at 8 o'clock in the evening the town's water is turned off. We would suggest they put up a water tank for it. It's not nice not being able to wash before you go to bed.
No special soap, shampoo, cream, shower soap. Hand soap found in container that had not been cleaned.
Parking is scarce. Guests very loud. Water tank recommended.
Reception was very good and the place has a great view of the mountain. On cold days we had a lovely time around the fireplace. Nice walking distance from everything. A view of the mountain and a spacious living space. Reception and service were great. Our place was swept and tidied every morning. We had a great time! Many thanks to Rina and her people. We were home away from home!
All that is needed is a small substance (gas for example).
One suggestion - just look at the microwave please. otherwise everything is perfect.
The unit is spacious, clean and neat. It is just a short walking distance from the restaurants.
It was also very safe for small children. But unfortunately the location didn't feel very safe for us. Maybe for a bigger family it will be different. Other than that, there were all the amenities we needed and everything was very neat and clean.
