The Cottage is a charming little unit which can accommodate 4 guests. It comprises 1 en-suite bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with shared bathroom in case you want to squeeze a 5th person in. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each or a double on request. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The living area is open-plan with a fully functional kitchenette, including a tabletop 2-plate stove/oven, microwave, fridge-freezer as well as cutlery, and crockery. The small dining table and lounge chairs provides ample indoor seating, and the same at the covered braai patio.
Open and undercover car and boat parking is available.
The Cottage is unplugged, meaning it has no Wi-Fi or TV, and we are 100% off-grid so operate solely on solar power, gas and borehole water.
Being on a farm, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of wildlife, including bats and owls, some of which roost or nest outside and inside our roofing. We will make every effort to minimize any potential disturbances from these inhabitants, but we cannot guarantee complete quiet.
