We stayed in no 5 and we had the most comfortable bed. Wow. Slept very well. They are well equipped for load shedding and there is extra water. It was very pleasant to stay there.

Die oom en tannie is amazing mense. Gasvry en vriendelik. Ons plekkie het alles gehad wat jy kan aan dink - ons het niks nodig gehad nie. Die plekkie is skoon, netjies en het 'n pragtige tuin. Ek sal definitief weer by die oom en tannie gaan bly - veel beter as enige 5-ster hotel.
These people are amazing. We had to look for overnight accommodation at very short notice, and that on a Sunday. No one could help us, but the lady did not hesitate to arrange our place quickly. They had already converted the cottage we wanted to book for long term guests who had to check in on the Monday, but they were very quick to make changes to ensure we still got what we asked for. They put in a lot of effort in a very short period of time. The manager as well as another lady waited for us until late and received us kindly. Made sure we were satisfied and even made alternative plans after they saw us towing a motorcycle. Although the parking lot allocated to us was completely safe, they of their own accord ensured that the motorcycle remained in a garage for the night. If they could put in so much effort at short notice, just think how much effort they will put in if you book long in advance. Thank you Annie's for your hospitality and friendly reception. Would definitely recommend you guys!
Was very pleasantly received. The accommodation was just what I needed with everything inside the unit. Didn't need to ask about anything once. Would definitely recommend for short to medium stays. They will see me again and easily accessible.

The accommodation was fine, taking into consideration that it was a last minute booking. it was clean. People are nice. It is comfortable even though the owners are in the same yard. Not far from the freeway. Easy to locate.

We will definitely recommend Annie's Accommodation to everyone we know. Annie, together with her husband and son, were very welcoming and helpful. We were especially impressed by Annie when we took a wrong turn in getting there and she sent her son to show us the way. The rooms were very clean and neat and set in a lovely peaceful garden and we had a pleasant and relaxing time there.
We couldn't have asked for better. The accommodation was spacious, private and had everything we needed and more. The beds were also very comfortable. The owners were very friendly. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Very nice, I was very relieved when I saw that my trailer and vehicle could stay behind closed doors. Very good idea with the water saving technique they use, I do the same at my house to first tap 5 liters into a container then the hot water comes. Thanks again for a nice stay.

Lots of sights all along the coast. Shopping center and gas station are located nearby to purchase necessities and refuel.
Six of us went to Port Elizabeth for a funeral. Nadria sent me a Whatsapp the day before we were meant to arrive, and asked what our preferences were for our sleeping arrangement and wished us safe travels. We were more that happy with the accommodation and then even catered for extra parking.

Roof fan did not work. No fresh milk for coffee. Just 2 packets of coffee for 2 people.

I would never advise anyone to spend the night there. No hot water, no WiFi, no towels, no service whatsoever. Just want to take money and then hear and see nothing more from the owner or her husband. They are grumpy people.
Lovely stay, well furnished, Nardia very hospitable and friendly. Almost felt like home with all the special personal items and books, nothing clinical or impersonal about Annie's Cottage! One very small annoyance was the movements of the guests in the room next door which were clearly audible in the early hours of the morning.

Lovely owners, we were quite happy. We would just suggest that they attend to ceiling fans that don't work (however separate room fans are provided) and electrical issues resulting in the power in our room going off a few times. This was speedily resolved though. A quirky garden full of interesting plants and hide holes to investigate.

Although the place was clean, it felt like living in someone else's home. That's all that was uncomfortable for me. Other than that it had been okay.
Nothing fancy, but 140% the value for your money. It's a small room with a private bathroom (shower) and a basic kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. There was a small table where I could sit and work in silence with a laptop. The beds were neat and of good quality (thank you). Food is not made for you, which I quite liked (you sometimes meet a terrible cook at guesthouses). I travel a lot for my job and am usually in a hotel, but the decision to try something new pleasantly surprised me. There are a series of "apartments" side by side with a nice partition in between, I think a group of travelers would be fine staying there too, like a group of 8 or so.

Enjoyed the stay. Close to freeway and beach, and a shopping centre. The cottage we stayed in just has a little too many trifles, little figurines, books and stuff sitting about. There are 2 comfortable Lazyboys in the lounge.

It was a very nice place. I only stayed there one night and then stayed with friends who had too much room to sleep. We were about 30 people who went to PE for a car show.
