The Manor House is the hotel’s luxury offering. This section now boasts the main executive suite, 2 junior suites and 4 luxury rooms, all individually and tastefully decorated, with a private pool.
The restaurant's focus is celebrating classic dishes with a difference and fresh, clean tastes. Best described as a concept of food which is essentially simple, yet where flavour always comes first. The menu changes every month to accommodate fresh seasonal produce.
The stylishly decorated Cedarwood Lounge and Bar furnished with comfortable and trendy leather couches has become a much coveted and ever popular meeting place, highly conducive to long evenings alongside the cozy fireplace.The hotel's bar and lounge area lead onto the Vineyard Terrace. It was such a lovely stay.
The room was extremely small. The key did not work, so every time we went out, we had to get someone to open the door for us. They also locked the door leading to the reception, which means you need to go out of the hotel to get to the reception, and it was raining, so it was unpleasant. They overcharged me for the room and my dinner, and I had to explain to them over and over that it was incorrect. We left early and could not have the breakfast included in the price.
We were only disappointed that the fireplace did not work in the Luxury Suite. We specifically chose the suite because it was a rainy winter day, and we only found out when we brought it to their attention. Furthermore, the hotel was beautiful and the staff wonderful.
Food was prepared without care and overpriced. In my opinion, despite its charm, the hotel is a tourist trap. Kitchen chef needs serious work.
