9 guests' feedbackMade a reservation at The Dullstroom Inn because they advertise that their fireplace is on throughout the winter. This was not the case. I had to ask for the fireplace to be lit. It's green but oh my, then we got smoked out of the living room and it wasn't pleasant.
Had the most wonderful stay at the Dullstroom Inn. Owners and staff went out of their way to accommodate our group with the braai and the most tasty salads. To Rexon a very special thanks, he just couldn't do enough for us and is just the friendliest most hospitable person, every establishment should have a Rexon. The Inn may be old, but is kept very clean and has a homely feel to it. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back!
Beautiful old hotel. Had a restful evening there.
Lovely staff and great atmosphere in the pub. Rooms are very old and musty, but the linen was crisp cotton with comfortable beds.
Room clean and tidy. Carpets very old and tired. Shower is new. Drainage was a problem. Overall, the place is very old and could do with some attention. Breakfast is unfortunately not served until 8 o'clock, which was too late for us. Maybe a cost option without breakfast.
The Dullstroom Inn offers a convenient stay at the heart of town. While the rooms could benefit from a makeover and the older carpeting sometimes emits a mildew scent, the presence of baths instead of showers might be a preference for some. The beds feature electric blankets, perfect for chilly nights. The standout feature is the delectable omelette breakfast! The staff, particularly the friendly waiters, enhance the experience. Additionally, the pub’s food, especially the generously portioned and large lasagne, was an absolute highlight worth indulging in!
A bit old and worn but not bad for a night.
Service is friendly and no wifi, but does not justify price per person per night. No DStv. Parking is really just an open field behind the Inn with no lights and is far from the back door. Just parked my vehicle in the street by my bedroom window. Nevertheless, the room is clean and has enough hot water. I think there is accommodation at a similar price in Dullstroom that offers more.
The service was very good and I felt very at home there. Very clean rooms.
