Dune 2 consists of a beautiful self-catering home conveniently located in Balugha River Estate near Glen Gariff, just outside of East London in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. The estate is a short walk to the river or beach and close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and game reserves. Enjoy all that the East Coast has to offer or just sit back and enjoy the view.

Dune 2 can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. All rooms enjoy magnificent river views.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and a breakfast bar with stools, as well as a separate scullery. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The dining area has stacker doors opening to an indoor braai room with seating, a flat-screen TV and a built-in braai. The house also has an undercover deck with a picnic table, and a garden deck.

The access-controlled Balugha River Estate offers a secure perimeter with electric fencing, a communal family braai area, 2 direct access points to the river and the beach, and a children’s playground.
