Hoek Huis is a grand old Karoo lady set on the corner of historic Tobie Muller Street. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, and has 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The first bathroom contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The house offers a kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and a second lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a hob and oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a large 8-seater wooden dining table. Both lounge areas have their own fireplace to keep things cosy on chilly winter nights. The Hoek Huis has a wraparound patio, as well as a private courtyard area with outdoor dining furniture.

Wonderful reception. First town where we hang out in a restaurant and our accommodation key is dropped off. We meet again at Dusty Vine to ensure everything is satisfactory. Dusty Vine's decor is fabulous. The bathrooms so tasteful. Small details such as bathroom products, linen, towels compared to 5 star hotels. We can definitely recommend Dusty Vine.
An absolute little gem, would definitely recommend the Dusty Vine. So tasteful, bathrooms and bath products fantastic! Top quality linen, such a neat, spacious guest house! Philippolis definitely worth a visit, happy to return to the Dusty Vine if we go in that direction again!
Plekkie looked exactly like in the photos and we were received very kindly by the hostess. It was cozy and neat. Kitchen was well equipped, and everything of good quality. Even a nice big fridge/freezer. The double bed is no longer at its best and maybe just buy a bigger bed. Linens are all good quality. The dinner and breakfast are really to be recommended, delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully furnished and everything you can think of is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a delicious braai area behind the house. We wish we could stay longer. The air conditioning in the rooms was also very welcome on a very hot, 38 degree day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. It is the perfect stopover between Pretoria and Cape Town.
