The Estuary was a pleasure to stay at. It was exceptionally clean. The service at reception was great. There is ample equipment in the kitchen for self-catering. We will be back again.

We had a nice stay. The beds could be improved and made better, the fitted sheets were the wrong size for the bed. The air conditioning did not work and the fan in the master bedroom could only turn on the slowest setting. Despite that, the place was comfortable, nice and private and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We will return.

Since we checked in on the 27th of December. 2022 it was a wonderful experience. Yvonne is so friendly and her staff are just as friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again.
Unit 6 : Clean and tidy. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. They might think about putting a better shower head in the shower because it only sprays one jet of water. Roof fans made terrible noise! Used the "aircon" instead. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Very calm. The monkeys come to visit every evening, children enjoyed it. Friendly staff who come to clean your place every day as soon as you drive. Thank you Yvonne, we had a great time.

We really enjoyed the week at "The Estuary Guest Chalets". The air conditioning helped a lot as the humidity was very high. The unit was neatly cleaned every day. It is close to the restaurants and shops. The pool was great for cooling off. We will book there again.
Area is very neat. Restaurants and spar and Shoprite are within walking distance. All you have to drive to is the beach. You can choose forest or beach. Saw many animals and walked a lot. There were monkeys roaming around but we didn't pay attention to them and didn't bother us.
Exactly what one needs for a nice holiday. Nothing 'fancy' but als is nice and clean and great location close to als. Service from the unit is prompt and thorough.

The garden and pool area are completely separated from the road and are thus a safe place for small children to play without the danger of cars or people from outside. There is some noise from the main street, but overall it is very quiet and without noise.
The bathrooms are good, but there is a smell which might be from drainage blockage or something like that. This can be easily fixed by management. On the first day a monkey took some of our fruits. We don't regret our stay, but make sure the customers are aware to take care of their things because of the monkeys. These are not complaints but a suggestion to go a level up.
Friendly welcome and everything you need in chalets. Comfortable and clean and perfectly located near shops and restaurants.
We had 2 chalets for our family of 7 and spent 3 nights at The Estuary and were all very comfortable. The location is perfect and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Checking in was very easy and the receptionist was very accommodating. The chalets are quite basic but we had everything we needed and it was clean. The cleaning ladies came in every day and were lovely and helpful. We had a bonus of having a visiting hippo in the garden on the morning we left! I would recommend The Estuary to anyone and would stay again.

The Estuary Guest Chalets are perfect for those who want to visit St Lucia and the surrounding area. The units are well equipped and fully serviced. Even though it is on the main street of St Lucia, the units are quiet and private. We really enjoyed our stay.
Our stay at Estuary was not pleasant at all. The lady at the reception was very rude to us. She spoke Afrikaans to us knowing exactly that we do not know it. Even when we asked for an iron to iron our clothes, she was so rude. Another thing from this place was the security. The only secure place was the reception. All chalets do not have burglar bars on windows as well as doors. There is no security at all.
The chalets are very comfortable, clean and private (although they are next to each other). The garden is lush with beautiful trees and the swimming pool was very clean and big enough. I would definitely recommend the place.
Ria received us very kindly. Chalet was neat and clean, even though it is on the main street, it is very private and quiet. We really had a really wonderful time. Our chalet was cleaned every day, it was great, I really felt like I was on holiday.

I probably would recommend it to friends but I would inform them that the bathroom is tiny, and second bedroom (with two beds) is very small. No security at the entrance - no gate at all, anyone can walk to the chalets at any time. This was disconcerting, as the chalets are situated off the main road. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable, within easy walking distance on the main shops.
