The Fairway is conveniently situated 1km from Vincent Pallotti Hospital and 1.5kms from The Red Cross Children's Hospital allowing parents an ideal place to stay while their loved ones are being attended to.
The Fairway can accommodate up to 2 guests and has an open-plan layout. The bedroom area contains either a Super King size bed or 2 x 3/4 beds with a cupboard and clothes hanging facilities. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Bedding and towels are provided.
The recent addition of a kitchenette, dining and outside area have allowed the Fairway to cater for those travelers wanting to extend their stay.Equipped with a mini-stove, microwave, toaster and all the cutlery necessary to prepare a home cooked meal.
The apartment has a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selective cable channels. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. It also has a bar-fridge and coffee and tea making facilities.
Secure off-street parking for your car is provided.

Ideal accommodation, centrally located (the city center about 7 km away) in a quiet neighbourhood, and what a beautiful apartment! Fully equipped with even more than we expected. Secure parking behind electric gate is a big plus. Hans is a great host who really went out of his way to accommodate us. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely stay here again. We stayed two adults and Hans was so kind to make up two single beds. We enjoyed the fact that the car could park inside behind gates and electric fencing. We didn't use the kitchen. But the shower was great and although we had some load-shedding it didn't affect us. The location was central enough. Much appreciated, I will return again.

Hans and Carol are great hosts and communication was excellent. The place was clean, neat and tidy and well appointed. The location is central and in a very quiet, peaceful suburb. We felt very safe and with safe parking. Accessibility was great, particularly for my wife who was not weight bearing on one foot. The Fairway is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there on our next trip to Cape Town.

I had to travel from Johannesburg and stay close to the hospital for a doctor's appointment. The day before my arrival I received a message from the host with a location pin for my destination. The unit was very clean and tidy. The host was very friendly and helpful. In the morning I had a problem with the key and he immediately came to help me. I recommend The Fairway without hesitation and would stay there again myself.

The Fairway is perfectly situated and close to all the main freeways to all areas and directions. Great shops and restaurants very close by, as well as delivery services from restaurants. Right close to Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital, GSH and others. Golf courses all around too. A great place in a great situation!

We had a great stay and felt safe. No noise at night and very tidy.
A heater (especially during cold days) would be appreciated. The place is quite cold inside. Other than that, it's an excellent place to stay.

I am grateful for Hans and Carol’s kindness. I had abdominal surgery last week and recuperated at the Fairway for a few days before I was able to fly back to Bloemfontein. They were very caring and my husband wants to thank them for allowing me to check in an hour earlier and all the little things they did for us - it did not go unnoticed.

The accommodation was near the business to which I had travelled. It will be great if a map is available for business places in the area for visitors who don't know the area very well. Can have a look for directions.
Room and kitchen neat. Bed too big for room. Cabinet in bathroom needed. Advertisement must mention that kitchenette is separate from room, outside through 2 doors. Host Hans very friendly. We realize the place is still new, so recommendations positive. Ideal for Vincent Palotti visitors.
Although the owners are very helpful, I just think for one person staying there, it was a bit much to pay. I have stayed in better places for less. I suppose it is personal taste. It is very enclosed and the kitchen too far away. A microwave in the flat would have been nice, but there isn't enough space, sadly. It's just not comfortable for me, I guess.
It's rare to experience such real concern and interest.

Very well appointed, bed could have been slightly smaller to give more space on sides of bed. Curtains disappointing - too narrow for size of window, do not close completely and white translucent. Suggest it could be replaced with thicker curtains. Exterior light at unit was distracting, probably wouldn't bother if curtains were better.
