Didi really goes out of her way for every guest, we immediately felt at home and enjoyed every moment so much! The 3 days there went hopelessly too quickly. Their breakfast is also delicious. What a privilege to be able to come across this place.
We had a lovely stay - it was quiet and safe and very neat. The units have everything you need. The units right at the bottom get a bit of noise from the main road trucks at night but I am sure the top units will be quieter. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The place was very well equipped. Didi was a very nice and helpful hostess. We would like to try the braai place and splash pool next time. A weekend is a bit short.
Due to rain and roads being closed, we arrived in Oudtshoorn very late in the evening. The very friendly hostess encouraged us on our way through WhatsApp. She stayed awake specially to open the gate for us. We stayed 2 nights. Had a great sleep. All the facilities were of the highest quality, even a Nespresso machine and delicious biscuits! The breakfast was also delicious (with real butter and not margarine. It deserves extra points). Will definitely go again. Thank you!

We arrived quite late due to traffic, but Didi received us warmly and took us to our unit. It's close to the town center (perfect for KKNK), but not noisy, peaceful location. Load shedding-friendly, neatly and modernly furnished. Treat yourself to a delicious breakfast!

We were very kindly received by the owner and were really impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful place where we spent the night. Solar panels ensured that lights remained on despite load shedding, children could run around and play with friends who also remained on the premises. It is really good value for money, we will definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay in very comfortable, luxurious accommodation. Thank you Didi for allowing our dogs to stay with us. We were in Oudtshoorn for dog shows, and while not normally pet-friendly, Didi made an exception.

Very clean and tidy with modern, comfortable furniture and finishes. The communal garden/swimming pool/braai area is well furnished and very tidy. All braai necessities are available. The house is well equipped and also has items such as a Nespresso machine and hairdryer. Units are very secure with burglar bars and are fully fenced with electric wires and parking within the premises.

I can highly recommend the cottages. It's luxurious, modern, clean with all the necessary amenities. The Nespresso machine and fridge with water you can tap from the door is a great treat. The children enjoyed the pool very much. The outdoor braai with lapa is a nice place for groups/families. The owners are incredibly pleasant people. I would like to spend more time there - it's a pity we were so busy with sports that weekend.

Our sleeping place was clean and comfortable. Much attention has been paid to detail to make your stay more enjoyable. The layout is well thought out and all amenities are there. We only stayed one night, but would have liked to have stayed a little longer.

It was very nice, relaxing and beautiful. The rooms are so nice and cool and spacious. Quiet area. And then Francois and his wife, thank you very much for your hospitality and the extra help you went out of your way for us.
The Featherbed in Oudtshoorn is really home away from home. After a 5 hour drive from the West Coast we were welcomed by friendly smiles and immediately felt at home. The check-in process was less than 5 minutes and the staff/owners are always available to assist or even just to chat and tell you more about the area. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for a longer stay.

The location of the accommodation, although on the busy street, is excellent and Oudtshoorn's night traffic is not significant enough that it is at all a problem. The cottages are very comfortable and luxurious. We will definitely sleep there again.
