Well equipped accommodation with quality linen and covered parking for the specific unit. The Studio. Provision for power cuts not on standard.
The parking was problematic as we wanted to leave early. We were stuck parked and had to wake people up to move their vehicles so we could leave. It would have helped if each apartment had its own parking space. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and the apartment comfortable.
Very well furnished, spacious and comfortable. Lovely place to stay overnight on a trip. Delicious braai area. Centrally located. Received very hospitably. Will definitely stay there again. WiFi was a challenge.

We were on our way to Calitzdorp from Durban and The Forecourt B&b was our stop. It was nice clean and elegant. Great with our 2 little ones - they could play on the carpet in the living room and their cots fit perfectly next to the bed in the master bedroom. They also offered to arrange dinner for us and have it ready in the unit upon our arrival - it was very welcome after the long drive! We definitely recommend them to our friends.

Just stayed over, owner arranged food for us, because everything in town was already closed. It was very thoughtful.
Unfortunately we stayed over on a Saturday night. There is nowhere to buy food, had a meal prepared and ate this 5 hours later. The Sunday breakfast was supposed to be available from 08:00, but by 8:15 the staff was late and we left without breakfast. Still a very nice place to overnight in an area that offers very little.
We only figured out the air conditioner in the morning - was pretty cold. Kindly leave instructions. The instructions left in the room referred to an honesty bar - must be outdated, because we missed the goodies promised.
Overall a top place to stay overnight. The town doesn't really offer you anything but enjoyed it there nonetheless and will use it again to sleep over. TV is good and WiFi no problem. The shower could easily get a "Deep Cleanse" to remove the black algae but is not too creepy.
The apartment has a lot of privacy and a lot of space.

Neat and good for overnight.
No self catering (eating) utensils available. Not even teaspoons for the coffee. We luckily brought food for the trip, yet there were no plates, knives or forks to eat with. We had to phone Lisa, who brought us the necessary. The final insult was when we retired for the night, pulled back the duvet covet; the sheets were dirty - they had not been changed since the previous occupants. Upon phoning Lisa again all she could say was that the permanent cleaning lady was off. This visit was so disgustingly poor.
5 star quality will stay there again
Owner made advance arrangements for key when we couldn't be there on time. Also let us know that there are no places to eat or shops if we haven't planned for dinner ourselves. Made extra effort to arrange dinner for us.
Lisa is a wonderful hostess and the room we received was top notch! Super neat and very tasteful. There is even a lovely braai area and the adjacent coffee shop is a bonus. Make Dordrecht an overnight stop on your journey and treat yourself to a night in Forecourt.
Great value for money. Had all I needed. Accommodation clean and well appointed. Security well sorted.

Thank you very much for the neat, clean and comfortable stay! It was more than we expected in such a small town! The room was spotless and tidy. The environment is not noisy at all despite the filling station right next door. We never felt unsafe either. If we have to sleep in that area again, we will go there again anytime!
The only negative about The Forecourt is its location (at the intersection of two main roads) which causes it to be noisy, even within the unit we stayed in. We could hear loud music playing until late at night, people talking walking by in the street, as well as traffic noise. The unit also uses a borehole which also adds to the noise with the pump frequently turning on and off. Visitors should also note that the borehole water in the unit is not drinkable. The Forecourt did provide a 1.5L water bottle for use, which was a bit small for four people for one night.
The apartments are very nice and clean, but the location on the main street is not suitable for tourists. The noise of cars and many people walking by is not pleasant. There was also no place to sit outside. We were locked behind what gates and that is not at all what a tourist is looking for. For people who work for them overnight, this is excellent. Sleep and go!
The management and staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The premises are in a safe environment and the units are clean and tidy.
This is our second visit and again we were not disappointed. Everything was comfortable for us and we felt like old friends coming to visit.

Everything was good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is that the coffee at breakfast was rather expensive almost the same price as the food at R22 per cup.
Mats are very dirty, please replace. Room is clean.
I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place. The room is big enough with nice linen and value for money. The only thing that I didn't like was the carpet. I am not a carpet person and it is even worse for me when it is not clean. How I wish it was tiling all round. Otherwise the place was nice, something I didn't expect in Dordrecht as it is a very small town. I will definitely use it if i happened to land in that vicinity one day. However I will ask for a room without carpet if they have any or the one with a clean carpet.
My friends and I are used to first class accommodation. Since we're air hostesses, we travel to first world countries regularly, and yet still we were pleasantly surprised by the rooms here. The only downer here was when we got there we booked 4 rooms and paid deposits and we only asked for 3. Deposits are of course non-refundable. We booked online and paid and I think that's where the error occurred. I have contacted the travel agent by e-mail and insisted that she made sure that I only paid for 3 rooms.

Neat, newly remodeled guest house. On the main street, but quiet.
Once more an owner on holiday or abroad. The supposed restaurant close at 6 PM so you have to warm on oven what they have given you before to close. No WiFi connection, at least in the rooms but the restaurant is closed and also the staff don't know the password.
We stayed there in the middle of winter and the staff and owner provided warm, comfortable accommodation.
The Forecourt B&B staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Because of it's location we didn't feel safe leaving the premises in the evening but in the complex we felt perfectly safe. As a stopover or perhaps as a base it is very good but I'm not sure about staying for a longer period.

We are a group of nine people with teenagers and the management upgraded us for free to their new "luxury accommodation". Everything was brand new and perfect.
A very neat and cozy apartment, although the location on the main street is not ideal. However, for one or two nights it is more than sufficient.
Nowhere was it mentioned that there were stairs to the apartment, and as I'm a heavy walker (with a serious knee problem) it wasn't pleasant after a day's travel! Also, we do not agree with the "safe parking". It was very cold and there are only heaters. Other than that, the stay was good. Biggest complaint is the stairs and the noise from the hair salon below the apartment.
