From the moment we arrived, Joyce made us feel at home and offered her assistance whenever we might need it. The rooms and entire establishment has a brand new feel to it. Bedrooms are neat and quaint. Linen and towels are changed and contents refreshed every day. A wonderful spread for breakfast and for the price a worthwhile stay.

We came to The Greens for our honeymoon and it was the only hotel out of 3 we were in that week that even considered we were there for our honeymoon. They were friendly from the start and put 2 romantic soft drinks in our hands when we walked in and when we entered our room so much effort was made to make it special for us. Rose petals and cheesecake and a glass of strawberries were provided and there was a bottle of champagne so we could celebrate our honeymoon. The service was excellent the 3 days and they are always friendly and ask if we slept well and if we need anything. We would recommend anyone to drive an hour further to The Greens than stay at any other hotel. The Greens is our number one and we will definitely not go to another hotel again.
The Greens Knysna was truly a surprise for us. It is brand new and very neat. Steven is kindness itself. Will definitely visit The Greens again.
I had an amazing, tranquil stay. The staff both professional, friendly and well organised. Beautiful decor and clean. A perfect match with the stunning surrounding nature of Knysna.
