70 guests' feedbackIncredibly neat apartment with loads of space and comfort. Secure parking. Everything you need and more. Excellent communication with the owner. Can happily recommend the place. Note that I slept alone and therefore had way too much space. But larger groups should note that there is only 1 bathroom in the apartment, and will only have to arrange among themselves who will take a bath or shower when. Otherwise everything was great!

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay. It's a beautiful place with everything you need. Very neat and clean and bigger than we thought. Tia treated us to a delicious fresh bread and butter. Definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else again!

Wow, we were so pleasantly surprised by the luxury of the Gray House, felt like we were walking into a 5 star hotel, a nice fresh ciabatta bun and biscuits, real milk in the fridge for coffee. Lots of luxury appliances and painfully neat place. Incredibly beautiful and neat.
Third time our family has stayed here and it's fantastic every time! Clean and tidy and a lot of attention to detail makes you feel very at home, 10/10.

Everything is as beautiful as I remember from last year. The house is well-equipped for loadshedding. I love the extras like the wood for a braai, delicious bread and rusks. We have already booked for July.

After a long drive, you feel right at home when you walk into The Gray House. There is fresh bread and butter waiting on the table and milk and orange juice in the fridge. A warm welcome for a weary traveler!
We had a really nice stay and wish it could have been longer. The house is comfortably equipped, with almost more than one needs. The bath is fantastic and the beds really are some of the best we've slept on. Tia and Kevin are also great and communication with them was very easy.

The second the gate opened, we entered joy, relaxation and comfort, a clean house, loads of space, a backyard with green grass to enjoy a fire, dry firewood with all kitchen and bathroom amenities you can ever need, a cold fridge with ice, cold bottled water. endless space for my granddaughter to play and run, 100% TV channels, very comfortable beds, linen and the rooms are spacious, safe parking, etc etc etc. thank you. 10/10.

So where do I start, this was so unplanned we were actually travelling back home from Durban to Cape Town and was so exhausted so we decided to book a place to stay the night, we came across The Grey House, so looking at the pictures we said okay looks good let's book it. Immediately after booking Natalie had followed up with me and passed on all the info that we needed which was so assuring after all we had not been to Beaufort West. Her customer service was truly outstanding from communicating with us to our arrival at 22:30 she went out off her way. Upon arrival she had fresh bread on the tables and this was just such a sweet and kind gesture which already made us feel so welcome as her guests. Our kids was over joyed about the chocolates placed on their beds and kitchen table thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to Natalie.
Everything was so clean and tidy, all necessities and extras are there. Create a very calm relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely use you again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful, clean and tidy house. The delicious fresh, baked bread with butter that we found in the kitchen was delicious with our Karoo biltong.

Our group of friends were on their way to a wedding in Bloemfontein and stayed one night in Beaufort West. We tour a lot, so we've dealt with many places to stay the night. The Gray House was an exception and definitely one of the best. The place is incredibly neat, beautiful and modern inside ─ it creates a nice warm atmosphere. The fresh, clean, soft linen and towels were a big plus point. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend to any tourist.

The Gray House is a beautiful place, well-located, excellent value for money and features everything needed for a comfortable stay. We are sorry that we only stayed for one night and the indoor pool is ideal for getting rid of small children's energy after the long drive.

The Gray House is an extremely neat, very well-equipped and safe place to stay. The reception was very professional and friendly. House is very tastefully laid out with comfortable beds where we could have a great night's rest after a day on the road. We were able to have a great barbecue with the facilities provided and could even follow the Bokke's game on the large TV equipped with satellite channels. We had a lovely evening visiting under the Karoo sky. Thank you very much! Would highly recommend The Gray House and would definitely stay there again.

I couldn't stop watching. The house was fantastically equipped and so neatly finished down to the smallest detail. The Gray House has definitely thought of everything one could need for their stay. I only stayed one night, but will definitely stay for 7 days next time. Fantasies, clean, equipped and comfortable.
For the price, this tidy home is definitely worth it, even for more than an overnight or overnight stay. And to make it even better, you get access to all DStv channels and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Just a pity it was too cold to use the pool. Will stay there again if needed.

It was a lovely house with all amenities required. The only things that bothered me were that the bathroom/shower was not clean, there was hair everywhere and the toilet had not been flushed. Also the location was not good, there was constant vehicle traffic which could be heard all through the night, making a restful night's sleep difficult after a long journey. We only stayed the one night as we were passing through on our way to Cape Town.
