For sure it was the best! We are carried on the hands. Jacques received us so kindly and they really made our stay pleasant. The staff were all excellent and the food very tasty. Hotel is clean, tidy and homely!

Oasis in the middle of the Karoo! Lushof of a garden with large willow trees and swimming pool welcomes you to a beautiful uniquely styled hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful decor and luxurious king size bed with air conditioning in the rooms. Delicious meal (extra cost) in the dining room with large wooden table and easy chairs. Friendliest staff. Louis, the manager, went out of his way to make our stay something special.

The Hanover Hotel is an oasis in the middle of the Karoo. When you sit on the porch, you forget that you are in an arid region with the green grass spread out in front of you. The service was great, friendly and even load shedding is combated with inverters.

What an amazing experience. We stopped on our trip from Durban for the night, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. Excellent service, super comfortable room opening onto the verandah, great food, and super creative decor. The refreshing pool and pretty garden made the stay even better. We were travelling with our dogs, and they enjoyed it too .

It's not what you'd expect from seeing the outside. Was really nice, spacious room with a bathroom and small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the bathroom door doesn’t completely close.
After a day's travel it was a perfect nice stopover. Unique and special!

Beautiful old hotel that was refurbished with interesting decor and colours. However, this does not mean cleanliness can be overlooked. No bottled still water available, and some breakfast items were not available. It should not be advertised to have WiFi; it was either off or speeds well below workable.

We were so warmly received and welcomed. Everyone who works there is so polite, we felt like royalty. The hotel is beautiful with the most beautiful interior decoration! Our room was beautiful and more like a small apartment with a kitchenette, small dining room, dressing room, bathroom and beautiful room opening onto a veranda overlooking the pool. Most beautiful willow trees and many birds. The place is excellently maintained and was spotless. The heated mattress on the bed was already switched on and we could order our dinner ahead of time. They lit the fireplace in the living room for us and served us drinks there. The meal was delicious and beautifully served with excellent service. In the future, we will always stay there when we go to the Cape and come back. Thank you very much!
What a pleasant surprise - neat and clean with lots of interesting things.
Our stay at the Hanover Luxury Hotel was wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and act professionally. The garden is neat and the swimming pool is clean with enticing blue water. The decor of the hotel is from another world. The chef can cook at any major hotel nationally or internationally. The food is top notch. It is tasty with mouth-watering flavors and here you will want to eat until you die. I would stay in the hotel again and recommend it with an open mind.
