I had a very nice stay. The room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner worked. If you draw the curtains, they block the light from outside. I will stay there again for sure.

We were warmly welcomed by Rita at reception. Our room and bathroom were beautifully clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and Rita's friendly smile was the icing on the cake. We were able to park our car behind a gate without any further worry. Although we heard heavy trucks rumbling through the night, it was a good experience.

I was terribly impressed with The Jackal Guesthouse, very neat and modern. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sleep over in Aliwal North.
Stayed well. However, there was some equipment outside that was switching on and off all night - it was disturbing.
Cosy rooms, beautiful area. Unfortunately there was a bit of noise from outside until around 2am. Not the property's fault though.
The stay was very nice.
Staff friendly. We had a problem with the air conditioner. Would suggest putting a fan in the room as well for those who don't sleep with air conditioning. Remember your mosquito repellent! Breakfast was very tasty!
What a lovely guest house, or should I say, a hotel. The rooms are beautiful, neat and clean. We were even treated to a hearty breakfast. Definitely a guest house that is at the top of my list.

The accommodation lacks nothing, very comfortable and neat. I strongly suggest the local authority to constructively make their contribution to the overall environment in order to enhance tourism in the area - socio economic aspects are important.
