I was there for the Kosmos 3 in 1 marathon in Secunda. It was very convenient to travel from the lodge to the race. I’ll consider staying there again next year for the race.
Clean units that are very well equipped and good food in the restaurant. Just want to mention that it's not so quiet anymore as fellow guests get really loud the later it gets.
I enjoyed my stay at the lodge and I slept quietly and had a nice time.

No improvement in terms of bedding. No bedspreads. Poor reception. Compared to a few years ago. I would suggest they revamp the interior of the rooms.

The only thing that bothered us a bit was that when we entered the unit, we could smell that it had to have been used by smokers previously. Guesthouses must please make it a priority to ask prospective guests whether or not they smoke. Then they can only rent certain rooms to smokers. No smell is quite so hard to get rid of than cigarette smoke. Sorry, but that's my honest opinion.
