10 guests' feedbackCheck in was 2-4pm we arrived 2:15/2:25 and got shown into our room. One of the staff members followed us in not wearing a mask we promptly asked him to leave and return masked. On making tea I saw the milk was used, the glasses dirty. The room also had no towels and the tissue box was empty. The next morning our breakfast pork sausage was raw. Water was cold after we advised them it came back on warm however we were told it was a municipal issue, we did understand water restrictions in the area. We went out for the entire day arrived home late to find our tea tray was not replenished. On looking for milk in the common area it was chunky and stale. The next day again was cold water which promptly became hot after we complained. 2/3 days were cold water. The staff were super friendly and helpful. On complaining we were told we could call management if there were issues however for a 4 star establishment these are basics that shouldn't be asked for. Staff arriving for work at 6:30 were really noisy and this did not allow for any sleeping in.
The room is big and very nice. The bathroom is neat - has everything needed. The breakfast is excellent. There is parking for our vehicle behind the hotel - very safe.
Peaceful atmosphere at the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Service was friendly. Rooms, breakfast room and lounge are exquisite. Breakfast was delicious.
Very pleasant stay despite the fact that there was no hot water in the evening. We did have hot water the next morning. The room's decor was beautiful and amenities luxurious. Delicious breakfast.
All facilities good, except no hot water which management was informed of.
The room is clean and tidy. Children could stay with us.
