5 guests' feedbackThe stay was extra pleasant, great layout and more than enough luxuries in the room, very clean and tidy and decor and finish are durable, gives a feeling of "home at home". Very convenient location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants with a beautiful and beautiful view over Lake Umuzi. It was an unforgettable stay.
The customer service was excellent and the location is ideal. However, the bathroom wasn't well-kept and thoroughly checked before check-in.
Horrific experience. The entire building is water-damaged inside and out, something went wrong there. Our rooms were changed 3 times because of mold, water damage and smell or cleanliness issues and we still were not happy. Nobody could only refund me 50%, so I was forced to sleep in a dirty moldy room for 1 night. I have the pictures to prove how bad the hotel is. Disgusting place, no elevator, you have to carry your own bags up 2 flights of stairs. The moldy smell is awful, do people know how dangerous mold and mildew is for health? In my personal opinion, this place should not even advertise because I have never seen such a dirty place in all my travels, carpets were not even vacuumed. I found a fridge with leaking water in the bathroom of our first room and complained. Next room had water damage and a musty smell, third room was unvacuumed, just all around gross. We decided to sleep there 1 night as it was already late and they did not want to refund us the 1st night. Terrible experience. Carpets have signs of water damage and I took pics of the black mold in the room and the water damage.
Room neat and clean and luxurious. Everything worked, and we have no complaints. had a pleasant stay. We were out, and upon our return at about 9:00 p.m., everything was dark. The stairs and corridors. I understand there is a drive to save electricity, but one or two dim lights to illuminate the stairs and hallway would be ideal. Had to use my phone's light.
