This Cape Cod-style house has 3 well-appointed double rooms and a separate sunroom with a queen-size double bed. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with showers and the 1 separate family bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is provided. All beach and bath towels are supplied as well as high-quality linen including goose down duvets. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and rusks are also provided, plus the use of a range of spices.
The comfortable lounge has a wood-burning heater ideal for those chilly winter nights. The living area also has a separate sunroom with a double bed, a daybed sofa and views of the pool and sea. The living space has a lounge, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The house also has an outside deck with a Weber braai and a pool. The house features ceiling fans, panel heaters, hairdryer, Wi-Fi connection and DStv with an Explora decoder. There is a double sofabed in the lounge for emergency overflow accommodation for an extra 2 people and there is also a baby's travel cot available.

It's a nice family home with a wonderful porch where the family can hang out and laugh. The veranda also overlooks the swimming pool which is nice and warm. The house can accommodate large families or groups. The porch was a highlight for me because we are outside people. The house is located near the shops which makes it convenient to walk, should you need anything.

Our family (5 adults) had a wonderful stay at The Mermaid's Tail. Well equipped and lacking for nothing. Spacious and cosy lounge and sun room with fire place was well used during colder days and evening. Large gas stove came in handy during loadshedding and small detail such as availability of battery operated lamps for loadshedding was appreciated. Can highly recommend and will be back!
The house has everything you need to ensure a great stay. The kids enjoyed themselves immensely. It's in walking distance from almost everything the town has to offer.

Accommodation was pretty clean and tidy. This is first a family home and is priced accordingly. The deck and it's view is a great feature, and what you want in Pringle Bay! Nice having 2 large fridge freezers and all the bits and bobs one needs for food and fun. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We really got value for money. This was the fist time ever that we as a family have been on holiday that we got everything. Kitchen well equipped, even spices and beverages. Bathrooms well kept with enough toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, body wash, etc. You don get this at hotels anymore. Wash room and and and ... too much to tell. Lastly we had friends over while staying there and the landlord was so accommodating. Thank you very much, Paul and Jenny.
Fun for the whole family. They unit had all we needed, and was well presented upon arrival. The welcome note was an awesome personal touch. Having a young child and then teenagers, they were all well entertained the entire weekend. Only thing for me, was a wood burning braai place, which we understand why it cannot be done, but that is me being silly, as there is nothing else that was wrong. Unfortunately for us the weather did not play the part, and got nice and warm the morning we left. That is all that did not go our way.
Just would like to thank Paul and Jenny. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful place, everything was as I was expected it to be. Friendly owner,made sure that we knew everything about the place before we got there. Any guests who violate these rules will be removed by A.S.K. Security company after one warning, with no refund.
