Nxuba (Cradock) offers a variety of attractions ranging from the Dutch Reformed Church and Ilex Oak Trees on Dundas Street which have been declared national monuments, the Shreiner House Museum and the Great Fish River Museum, Nxuba (Cradock) Four memorial, as well as various hiking and 4x4 trails.

I really enjoyed my visit. With my stay it was peaceful and I was private and never bothered. The Nook is a beautiful detached unit and has all the necessary facilities. It has a microwave unit, a spacious fridge, full DStv package and WiFi for your convenience. The unit also has solar power and an inverter that prevents power outages, even when the town would be without water. It offers secure covered parking.
Hanna our hostess was most helpful and was particularly attentive to keeping us informed of the load shedding schedules which was a great help. Their inverter system significantly reduces the impact of loadshedding. The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed including a braai facility. The off road parking was a great help and if we travel that way again we will certainly use The Nook again.
Everything, was exactly what I expected and more. Excellent value for money.
