The third and fourth bedrooms contain 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom contains a single bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, as well as a guest bathroom with a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.
The living area opens up with folding doors onto a lovely patio area that has outdoor patio furniture, a dining table, and braai facilities. The patio offers great uninterrupted views of the ocean.
De Kelders offers various activities such as shark cage diving, boating, whale watching, scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing and golfing. Several hiking trails are located a few metres from the house.

Check-in was a fiasco. Arrived 19:00 (and so confirmed with agent). In the dark we had to search for the key that was placed under a stone. No outside lights and we had to find our way with cellphone lights. Agent just quickly informed over phone how to disable alarm. One of my children went to take a shower and noticed a person outside the bathroom window. The person tried to look through the window. After I called owner, she mentioned that the beams need to be activated, but no one mentioned it to us or showed us how to do it. A blessing in disguise that it happened on the first night of our stay, otherwise we would never have known that there were beams and an alarm that needed to be activated, even though we were in the house. I also shudder to know what could have happened if my child had not noticed the person outside, as all the lower rooms' blinds were drawn up. No exterior lights on front of house, and we mentioned that too. Agent came to check after 2 days and suggested to call out electrician. It was Saturday 1pm and we were in no mood for workers in our short stay. However, we found light bulbs in a kitchen cupboard, replaced them and lights then worked. Owner was very helpful all the time, but there are some things they definitely need to pay attention to. Furthermore, we had a very nice stay and hope to go again.
