Very nice stay, apartment badly needs TLC. The leg of the bed in the spare room was broken and the chain of the light in the dining room was broken. The porch is lovely, but when it rains everything is wet because the sheets are bent on the roof. Furniture needs cleaning. All in all a lovely home, but in need of attention.
Washing room for complex: washing machine was very dirty and when i did do washing i could tell the filter wasnt clean as there was fluff or bits that collected on my clothing and whats most frustratinf is you pay to wash there but it isnt clean.
My stay at One Summer Place was nothing short of amazing. The beautiful sound of the waves crashing was absolutely calming. What I love the most is that its close to all amenities. The place was clean and very safe with a very friendly security guard who made his rounds around the premises every few hours during the evenings. Thank you to our host Angelique who was extremely pleasant and helpful and ensured we had an excellent stay in her home - great host. Keep up the excellent service.
The location is beautiful, and the apartment was clean. I guess being so close to the ocean and the humidity most of the appliances have rust damage. We unfortunately had to be moved because of black mold in the bedroom. Angelique was great and found us another place right next door immediately.
Would come again soon, for sure.
As a family we enjoyed our vacation. It is all one could expect and would recommend Summer Place to anyone for a planned vacation.
