We were at The Palms from June 28th to June 30th. Enjoyed it a lot. Close to everything. Enjoy being able to hear the sea. Could walk to the sea. Very safe and tidy. And is very friendly.
The location is great. Good facilities with great bedding.

My husband and I had an excellent weekend. I would definitely recommend it to a couple who wants to get away alone. Very good customer service. Elna made us feel more than welcome before we were even there and the area is safe. We enjoyed the tranquility as well as the view from the front porch. Will definitely use the accommodation again!

The unit is well equipped. We felt at home and enjoyed the sea view every evening. The location is excellent. We stayed 8 nights and would have liked provision for replacement of bedding, soap and toilet paper during the extended time. However, this is not a criticism, just a comment. The WiFi was not strong enough to download large documents from my business cloud.
Beautiful sea view, nice braai facilities, friendly hostess, well equipped kitchen, clean and tidy, close to the beach, definitely good value for your money. We will definitely come back again.

Accommodation was sufficient for my needs. A fan was provided when requested. I suggest that a broom and bin bags also be provided, as well as a braai grid brush.
Relaxing with freedom to come and go. Very safe environment and good security to the room.
No sign indicating that I am at the right place. On booking, only a street name and no number. On our arrival in Melkbos, 16h, I can't get hold of the owner to know where the place is. Finally I find her, but she asks me to give her half an hour to get the place in order, there were guests in it. We were able to check in at 2pm, but then still had to wait. After that everything was fine. The place is clean and comfortable.
We were well received by a very friendly hostess, thank you very much Elna. We had a great time at The Palms. Nice and quiet and close to the sea. Place is neat and clean. It was lovely to sit on the veranda and have a barbecue, and to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and look at the view. Thank you very much again.
The place is clean, very comfortable and pocket-friendly. You immediately feel at home and the view is beautiful. We were received very kindly. The people really make a lot of effort for their guests. 5 stars to The Palms.

An electrical tag would be handy. There is a microwave oven, but as it is raining now, the open braai area outside is not usable and cooking is a bit difficult. There are enough pots and pans.

At arrival the owner wasn't aware of our booking. She also didn't know that we were bringing our kids along. She made a plan with mattresses for them, however, and had the unit ready for us within an hour. We had a lovely stay, thanks so much.
Maria was very helpful and friendly. The extras such as biscuits and chocolate on the pillow clearly showed that guests are taken care of. The apartment was very neat and clean with lovely fresh linen. The view was also beautiful. We will definitely stay there again.
