A comfortable bed and dark curtains are essentials for us after a long drive. The Palms provided this, along with a strong, hot shower. We were able to leave early the next morning after a good rest. It is close to the N1 but still safe and quiet. Secure parking was critical for us. Thank you!

Thank you very much Helgaardt for allowing us to stay in your place. From the beginning to the end everything was top notch! To walk in and everything smells and is fresh and clean makes the long journey worth it. Beautiful place, with everything intact and very nicely maintained. Own entrance with canopy is great! Day upon arrival we got bitterly cold (Lowveld problem if you are used to heat). Air conditioner switched on and soon felt warm and comfortable. Thanks to Elsabé for keeping the place clean and tidy, really fine hand with detail! Communication was great from the start, and we were often asked if everything was still ok or if we were missing something. No power or water outages (I'm used to not experiencing them). Helgaardt and team, keep up what you're doing here. Great customer service is something that was rare and to get what you see! All that is beautiful, we will see you next year for sure. Blessings.
The Palms is located in a safe environment, very close to Rosepark hospital. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very neat and clean. Will definitely stay at The Palms again.
