The host was welcoming and warm. It's a lovely stay close to the N2 and close to the city without being in the city centre. It is value for money and quiet.
Very conveniently located near Grand West where we supported my grandson during his ice hockey tournament.
The unit is well equipped, the bed is comfy, and I felt very safe as a woman staying on my own and later joined by my daughter. Close to shops and conveniently located when popping out for some sightseeing. Off-street safe parking. Well-equipped kitchen facilities.
This location can best be described as a must-stay. From the friendly welcome to the spacious room with a large shower and bath. Safe parking and a very quiet area - an ideal place to recharge your batteries while still being close to all the amenities. We felt comfortable and relaxed.

WiFi code and necessary numbers were handy, secure parking, nice lounge area, full DStv was handy after a long day on the road. The heated towel rail was a winner. The Palm is a beautiful place. The apartment is very fully equipped with really everything you need. It's very centrally located and close to all the main roads, but at the same time in a very peaceful environment. Has a lovely outside area and secure parking. Lovely modern accommodation, and we could park our car in a garage (Not everyone gets a garage). It was fine for the purpose we needed it, but we would have preferred a slightly bigger and better equipped kitchenette.

Thanks to a friendly hostess who welcomed us. The accommodation is one of the best accommodation units in Cape Town for a reasonable rate. Locking our car in the garage was a bonus. Is recommended. We will not consider any other accommodation if we visit Cape Town again. Well done to the owners!

We were welcomed and informed with our arrival about where to find certain services in the nearby area. Room was absolutely spotless and spacious, as was the bathroom / shower facilities. Bed was firm and had a lovely night's rest. Can possibly look at air conditioning because I think it can get quite hot and stuffy during the summer months. Would definitely recommend this stay. The location is excellent and in a very quiet street and very close to the main roads and Grand West. Excellent security with parking behind a gate and a fence.
