Yes nice bludgeoning but no customer service inquiries or requests.
We were under the impression we had booked into the hotel, no one informed us this was not the case. Upon arrival, we were sent with our luggage over and over in areas that are not very safe. Think the problem is the Pearls don't have a centralized reception where you can book and communicate. The rush of cars and spinning in the morning hours means that we will not return to the Pearls again.
Was lovely but the aircon took 2 days to be repaired and the TV didn't work. When we left 9 days later it still hadn't been sorted. There was also a dog barking on floor 8.
Always a hassle getting in and out of complex. A access card should be issued to visitors.
The view is great and took our breath away. The room was cleaned daily and sparkled when she was done. Walking distance from all the restaurants. Great shopping center. Spent a day at the pool which was magnificent! Will go to the same apartment whenever I go there again.
Beautiful apartment with a nice view of Umhlanga town and sea. Location is ideal. Apartment clean and tidy and serviced daily. Secure security complex. Downside: don't try to check in and do biometrics on a weekend, we were sent from port to starboard to get it done. There are no luggage storage facilities when flying in and out and moving early/late to and from the airport. Sorry you cannot use the hotel's pool facilities.

- Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than 5 days.- Bath towels are provided and replaced on every third day.
