The complex has a communal swimming pool, and offers direct access to the beach for long walks, swimming, whale or dolphin watching in season, and guests can also do some bird watching.

House rules
- Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.- Please note, that sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- The units are close to each other, loud music or excessive noise between 22:00 and 07:00 is not allowed; any noise from the balconies carry and guests are asked to keep other guests in mind.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions and rules provided by the Body Corporate.
- Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
