The guest house offers accommodation to 10 guests in 5 exclusive, unique, en-suite rooms with quality linen. Each room can accommodate 2 guests at a time. The rooms feature an honesty bar fridge, coffee- and tea-making facilities and a flat-screen TV with selected OpenView channels. There are 3 communal lounges in the guest house offering comfortable seating and a TV with the full DStv package.
Guests are spoiled with a gown in the rooms and other features include a hairdryer, ample towels in the bathrooms and also towels for swimming. All rooms have electric blankets, heaters and ceiling fans.
There are several seating areas inside the house, on the porch and in the garden area. The guest house also has a nice large sundeck with breathtaking views of the Vaal River.
There is a communal, solar-heated swimming pool.
The guest house also offers functions for smaller weddings, birthdays and other events.
There is secure parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and 12,000 litres of clean water available at all times.
The guest house is within easy reach of attractions, shops, art galleries, restaurants and antique shops. 32 guests' feedbackAn experience for the soul and body! From the moment they stepped in, Daniel and Martin felt like old friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was thoroughly spoiled. It's the little touches of care and concern that make this guest house feel like a home away from home. The view of the river and interesting decor and cozy corners are a bonus. So is the fact that the guest house is within walking distance of numerous trinket and coffee shops.

We had such a nice stay. It is a beautiful guest house, very good linen, and close to everything, but still very peaceful. The rooms are very well appointed and breakfast was fantastic. Daniel and Martin looked after us so well, and I would definitely stay with them again.
The food was incredible, the service was beyond 5 stars, and we felt welcome the entire time.

Daniel and Martin (and let's not forget Carly) made this trip unforgettable. Everything they do is done with great love and passion. From the exquisite fruit cups on the deck overlooking the river to the most delicious omelet. The beauty of this place is just mind-blowing. Stylish and timeless comes to mind, but really it's the utter feeling of peace that Daniel and Martin bring to the space that leaves one jealous of their exquisite piece of heaven on earth. They left no stone unturned to make us feel at home and truly catered to our every need, they even offered to make dinner reservations. I left there with a feeling of inner peace and tranquillity and would with the greatest of ease recommend The Place Boutique Guesthouse to anyone not just as a place to rest your head, but a place where your soul finds peace. I have never experienced such utterly amazing hospitality in my life before. We really didn't want to leave! It was like saying goodbye to lifelong friends. Besides the hospitality, the room was beautiful, with amazing quality linen. I would recommend The Place Boutique Guesthouse to absolutely everyone!
Wow. From the moment the gate opens and you drive in and the men and Carly greet you! A tour and your bag is carried for you! I was overwhelmed with the love and compassion we received as a family! slept warm Fantastic good food. And walked away with a beautiful painting! I can't wait to visit again! You guys are great!

Daniel and Martin go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable and having a good time. They are the most lovely people and they have built a very special little sanctuary in Parys.

Martin and Daniel are superb hosts, super friendly and generous. Their attention to detail is 5-star. The suite we stayed in was superbly furnished and decorated, with every possible convenience one could think of. Daniel's artwork and colourful murals add fun and frivolity. Well worth an overnight visit.

You could not ask for better hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. It was our anniversary and they decorated the room beautifully. The guest house is so unique with the owner painting on the walls and his paintings displayed. It is so well situated. They honestly go the extra mile for you. I would recommend this accommodation to anybody.
You feel welcome as soon as you step in and they go out of their way to make everything just nice for the time you are there. They put a lot of effort into making Megan's birthday special for her, you won't get that just anywhere. Will definitely visit Paris again and then stay at The Place again.

Here your every need is looked after, Martin and Daniel are the owners but we made 2 brand new friends, they give recommendations for restaurants, shopping, just what you need. The doors of their house are wide open for any guest! The weekend was a festival, we really enjoyed your company and good laughs! Definitely see you again!
