Arriving at the house on a rainy and cold Friday afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the house and all the high quality facilities and appliances. The high ceiling with 'exposed beams' gives a feeling of openness and freedom. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless with new bedding and all. The kitchen is the star of the show. Right in the middle of the house with all the cooking facilities and appliances you need. Double ice and freezer are fantastic. The outside porch overlooking the river is breathtaking and peaceful for the soul. We brought three dogs with us for the weekend and they were in dog heaven. The property is not completely fenced (just a small area next to the house) but for well trained and obedient dogs it will not be a problem to explore and stay close to the house. As a family, we played for 30 seconds next to the indoor wood stove and still had a nice barbecue at a sheltered outdoor barbecue.
Our break at Riverstone House was a short but very enjoyable one. Wonderful location on the river, a very beautiful, stylish and well appointed house with a fantastic porch/living area. Despite the winter weather, the house was well heated with all the options between electric blankets, heaters and fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights there.
This is a beautiful house, well equipped with everything one could need. I would recommend some lamps for reading in the evenings. I found the manager very responsive to our needs.

It's a cute place, neat, nice surroundings, but a lot of repair work is needed because water damage and it detracts a bit from the experience. Bedding was cozy and view fantastic!

I am impressed every time with how well equipped the place is. I would only suggest hanging a mirror in the double bed room above the power plug next to the clothes rail for drying hair.
The house is perfect. It has everything you need. Location is great. Definitely going back.
From the beginning, communication between me and Candice was excellent. The cottage is on a farm somewhere and the directions were very precise how to get there. The cottage took my breath away. The most beautiful place I've ever been! The absolute tranquility and the view of the mountains in front of you is breathtaking. This is where you switch off and let your soul rest. The day we left home we decided we would come again next year.
We had the most amazing, relaxing, chilled time over the 5 days we were there and were very sorry to leave! Stunning location and views, kitted out with everything you need and more! Even a dish washer and WiFi. We will definitely go back!
Absolutely a cool place! Highly recommend. Wish I could stretch out there more often.
